All I can say is wow, I really enjoyed that. You put so much charm and character into a bunch of sprites, I really liked and gave a damn about the thwomp characters. The jokes were great, the use of music excellent and the animation superb. You have all my ten.

Seriously, the time you've spent has paid off. I've never seen such level of detail, such care taken into the script, dialogue, even the camera angles and things like the general doing his little hand signals to give orders. So much thought and research went into this. I watched C and D over at your site as well and jeez- I dunno what to say. Castle 3 is the epitome of the stick figure genre. All those years we spent as stick animators we worked towards something like this, from Project 1 to Joe Zombie 2 or whatever. This is the pinnacle of what the stick death genre has becoome,and I don't think it can be pushed any further at all. I defy anyone to top this, cause I sure as hell couldn't. No more stick movies people, the genre is dead. Oscar's just beat the shit out of every other stick animator out there, and I can't imagine things getting any better.

Sorry Samus guy, it looks pretty and all but practically putting the ENTIRE MOVIE IN SLOW MOTION does not make it exciting in the slightest. The last thing you want is for this movie to be boring being an action flick and all, but you had all these fancy spinny effects and slow motion for the guy doing a standard KICK, not to mention all the slow moving montages of faces looking angry. This movie moved at a slug's pace and I yawned. Yeah the Swift 3D looks great and all but as it is, to me this was a snorefest.

Also, the music choice didn't go with the movie at all. Bleeding Mascara didn't exactly go with a multi-camera, slow-motion shot of a guy turning around.

This isn't to be disrespectful, this is my honest opinion on the movie. Just like too many cooks spoil the broth, two many dull slow-motion montages of trivial things spoil the Flash. You get a 5, and a 3 on the voting scale.

I usually hate anime-type fight movies (full of clichés) but this one put the rest to shame, as well as the animation of most anime you find on TV and DVD! The frame by frame motion is so goddamn fluid and realistic. The music was twee but it fit the whole thing well. As a showcase of your animating abilities this is amazing. Well done!

The guy below me is a chump with no sense of irony. This is fantastic. What was originally a dumb skit about a guy suddenly breaking out with a scatman dance has been turned into an epic of fucked up proportions. Crazy stuff. The blatant gratuitous boning sequence should've been a hint that this movie wasn't serious. The fucking music at the end was the most amazing contrast ever as well. Keep this shit up dude.

You've made my day. I HATE those things. The most enjoyable moment was when the smiley jumped out of the guy's screen with a "HEEELLLOOOO!?!?!" The guy's expression after this depicts EXACTLY the type of reaction anyone would give. Those smileys are just so damn... hateful. Thanks :).

Why is this voted so low? I thought the NG community had gotten over the stick-hate thing, considering stick figures are now (ironically) largely the domain of people that can really draw. Maybe its the length of this movie, I dunno. 2.87 is still super low for a movie of this quality though.

Awesome movement. Loved the camera shaking and although I'm kinda sick of these boring war movies with 3D guns, I still feel that this movie deserves far more than it has.
